Dr. Steve Alff of the Ventura Spinal Care Center was interviewed on the national health show, “Incredible Health.” The purpose of Dr. Alff’s appearance was for him to discuss the topic of non-surgical spinal decompression. I was just sitting at my desk trying to come up with a solution for Ventura County residents regarding the horrendous economic situation that is occurring in the good ol’ USA today.  Big banks and financial institutions are falling by the wayside, many people can’t get loans, and good people are losing their jobs.
