Get up and start moving! Health is movement and flow. If you really want to be fit…you must get up and go,
If you are walking under 10,000 steps per day, you need to pick up the pace. Park a little further from your destination. Come on, get into the race!
Walk the dog, climb the stairs, go for a run. No one can do it but you. Just see how happy and healthy you will be when you are through!
