Doctor, When Can I Play Golf Again?

3 November 2009 No Comment

If you are a golfer undergoing non-surgical spinal decompression to help you, 1). avoid having a risky spinal surgery and, 2). get you back on the golf couse, I know what your first question will be. You will want to know….when can I play golf again?

Having worked with many golfers in the last 4 years (I’ve been doing spinal decompression that long), I know what golfers what to know, I know how important it is to you to get back to your golf game. And, I want you to get back to the game too!

But, the answer to the question is….you will be able to get back to golf when it is absolutely safe for you to do so without reinjuring your back. Each case of spinal decompression is different. There is no cookbook recipe to determine when you can golf again. If someone tells you that they can predict exactly when you will be able to golf again; they aren’t being honest!

If you are suffering from low back pain or sciatica from a bulging, herniated or degenerative disc, non-surgical spinal decmpression is your best hope of returning ti your golf game. When will you be able to play again? One thing for certain, the sooner you start your non-surgical spinal decmpression, the sooner you will be able to start playing golf!
