Spondylolisthesis-What Is That?

If you are walking under 10,000 steps per day, you need to pick up the pace.  Park a little further from your destination. Come on, get into the race!
Walk the dog, climb the stairs, go for a run.  No one can do it but you.  Just see how happy and healthy you will be when you are through!

Ventura Chiropractor Ziplines In Costa Rica

Just returned from a trip to Costa Rica and had a great time flying over the rain forest on a one kilometer zipline!  Took the camera along so in case you never get a chance to do this, you can enjoy the ride!  The wind was really blowing hard so the noise that you hear is the wind buffeting me as I fly along.
